Terms And Condition

Admission & Fees - General Rules & Guidelines

  • One who will be responsible to the Principal for the child must introduce every candidate for admission in person.

  • New admissions will be made subject to availability of seats.

  • Students coming from recognized schools will not be admitted without the original Leaving Certificate from that shool.

  • If they come from a recognized school outside the State they shall have their Leaving Certificate counter - signed by the inspecting authority of that State. (Transfer Certificate)

  • Pupils will be given admission only through proper channels. No special reference or recommendation will be entertained or considered.

  • The school management reserves the right to admit or retain students in the school.

Complimentary Student Kit

A Student Kit may be provided complimentary to all the students on the day of Parent Orientation, which will be conducted one / two weeks before the commencement of the first day of school. This kit is provided to all students in order to maintain uniformity among students and to avoid the usage of fancy and expensive items in the school.

Parents are expected to check all the items before taking the delivery of the said kit. Once the kit is handed over to the parents the school shall not be responsible for the quality of the items in the kit and shall absolve itself from all the issues pertaining to the wear and tear of the items in the kit. No complaints related to the selection, colour, size, design, shape, feel, quality, quantity etc. of the items given in the kit shall be entertained by the school. The School shall not entertain any request for the replacement or exchange of the items in the kit after the delivery of the said kit is taken by the parents.

General Rules

  • Rules apply from the time students leave home until they return, including school-related activities.

  • Misbehavior outside school may lead to disciplinary action after proper inquiry.

  • Irregular attendance, physical violence, bullying, habitual laziness, disobedience, dishonesty, and actions harming the school’s moral tone.

  • Such behavior may result in dismissal, with the Principal’s decision being final.

  • Damage to school property must be repaired by the responsible student.

  • Students are responsible for equipment and personal belongings; the school isn’t liable for loss or theft.

  • Avoid bringing unnecessary money or valuables to school.

  • Carry books as per the daily timetable; no outside books/newspapers without permission.

  • No exemption from physical activities without a specified Medical Certificate.

  • Strictly no buying from street hawkers.

  • Bring homemade vegetarian food; non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

  • English is to be spoken within school premises, especially while in uniform.

  • No gifts or special demonstrations for teachers/staff on occasions like birthdays, Teacher’s Day, etc.

Bus Rules

  • The Transport Department may refuse service at its discretion.

  • Students will be assigned a bus number, pick-up, and drop-off stop. Timings may vary within 10–15 minutes; parents are requested to accommodate.

  • Any timing changes will be notified to parents. No temporary changes in bus routes, numbers, or timings are allowed.

  • Students must maintain discipline on the bus. Misconduct may lead to suspension from the bus service.

  • Eating inside the bus and damage to bus property (students will be liable for repairs).

  • Students must board and alight at assigned stops. No child will be handed over to an unknown person without the parent’s ID. Changes in pick-up/drop-off routines require prior notice (one day in advance).

  • Cancellations are allowed only at the end of a term and must be notified before the next installment.

  • Transport is not available for activities on holidays/vacations.

  • The school does not promote or take responsibility for private transport.

  • Parents must verify credentials, ensure female attendants are present, and inform the school with required documents (photo, police verification). The school is indemnified from any claims related to private transport.

  • Direct all transport-related issues in writing to the Transport Department. The school management and Principal will not interfere in transport decisions.

  • Cooperation with drivers and attendants is appreciated.

  • It takes up to two weeks to finalize transport routes; expect initial timing mismatches.

Extra Activities / Events / Cultural Programmes

The school may organize various events, programs, and activities in the interest of students and parents. As these are not charged separately, their organization is at the sole discretion of the school management, with the Principal deciding on the nature and manner of execution. Parents are kindly requested not to demand or pressure the school to organize specific events. The school also reserves the right to change, amend, postpone, or cancel any event at its discretion, even at the last moment without prior notice. Additionally, the school is not responsible for the distribution or quality of costumes required for events; any concerns regarding costumes should be addressed directly with the authorized vendors.

Discipline

  • Students must maintain regular attendance and obey school rules.

  • Politeness, courtesy in speech and conduct, personal cleanliness, and neat attire are encouraged.

  • Students are responsible for their behavior both inside and outside the school premises.

  • Parents cannot dictate school policies; admission and retention are at the management's discretion.

  • Students may be removed for persistent insubordination, mischief, examination malpractice, serious indiscipline, or lack of parental interest in their progress.

  • Personal hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained; waste should be disposed of in designated bins.

  • Punctuality is essential; latecomers may be sent home at the parents' risk.

  • Students returning after absence or lateness require the Principal's/Supervisor's signature.

  • Students must enter classrooms promptly at the first bell and stand in silence for the assembly prayer at the second bell.

  • Students should come prepared with necessary materials; borrowing items like pencils and erasers is discouraged.

  • Class monitors are responsible for maintaining order in the teacher's absence.

  • Students are not allowed to visit other classes during recess.

  • Students must speak only in English within the school premises, on the school bus, and during school events.

  • Silence must be maintained in corridors, on stairs, during period changes, and outside the Principal's office.

  • Only the prescribed school uniform is allowed to maintain uniformity.

  • Any form of physical violence will be addressed strictly.

  • Students cannot use the school’s name or logo to create social media groups.

  • Misuse of social media, including posting negative or vulgar content about the school, teachers, or peers, will result in strict disciplinary action.

General Issues

  • Check the school bag and diary daily for important information.

  • Ensure the school dress is clean and hygienic.

  • Paste a photo of the person authorized to pick up your child on the parent ID card (extra ID cards available on request).

  • For Grade II onwards, submit an undertaking if the child will travel home alone.

  • If another person picks up the child, they must have the parent ID card and a letter of authority.

  • Children will not be handed over to unfamiliar individuals.

  • Pick up your child on time.

  • Do not discuss the child’s progress with teachers during pick-up/drop-off times.

  • Buses will leave first, followed by walkers at the end of the school day.

  • Use only the school-provided tiffin boxes; fancy boxes are not allowed.
