๐—ก๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ'๐˜€ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—›๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜: The well-being session kicked off with an invigorating Nature's Treasure Hunt. Teachers ventured into the lush surroundings of our campus, armed with clues and a sense of adventure. This activity not only provided a refreshing break from their daily routines but also fostered camaraderie and teamwork. The treasure hunt allowed our teachers to reconnect with nature, sparking joy and a sense of wonder. One teacher shared, โ€˜It was a much-needed reset. We often focus on studentsโ€™ learning, but this reminded us how important it is to take care of ourselves, too.


๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฎ ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Following the treasure hunt, our teachers participated in a revitalizing yoga session led by an experienced instructor. The session focused on a series of poses and breathing exercises that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation. The practice of yoga helped alleviate stress and tension, leaving our teachers feeling more centered and balanced.

By engaging in meditation and pranayama, our teachers were able to tap into a deeper level of self-awareness and emotional resilience. Simple mindfulness exercises, like a 5-minute breathing session before class, can help teachers reset during the day.
