The Spark

When i was younger I used to use Apps and websites like Youtube and etc to try

some exercises that help with body pains. Well that did not exactly help. So now

that I have the opportunity to solve this problem. So I came up with cura.

This idea matters to me a lot as I think I can help other people prevent injuries as

many people have tried random videos and it may have ended wrong. So thats

why i decided on creating CURA.

Understanding the Problem: Empathy and Observation

During my visit in Warangal with my school on a excursion I met several Women who suffer from body pains and can't find doctors near them so they trust random resources which end up in other problems which are not good for them. And i also took a survey near my community and realised many people trust unofficial websites and videos. This is not a problem only in small local areas, it is a global problem. This problem only occurs as people are a bit too lazy to visit doctors and think it is too expensive for a visit.

Research and Design

At first my original idea was just to make a document on reading about exercises but then i realised that. That would not be enough as people get bored and wont think its serious and ignore the whole document completely so after a bit of brainstorming i decided to come up with a website instead. Then i picked up more advice from my mentors and made improvements to my website and made it better. And i think I can improve it farther.

The Prototype or Outcome

I made an idea proposal for a website for people to recover from injuries with the help of AI. It helps people recover from injuries with the help help of AI generated tutorials and videos. It works by pointing out what part of the body has a problem and identifies the injuries you might have and suggests ideas. It helps the people around find a trustable website for proper advice and exercises.

Reflection: What You Learned

This project taught me that a website is not that easy to build and also helped me with my creativity and designing skills. design.

Looking Ahead: The Next Step

Next up Im planning on improving the AI feature on the website and also work on finding more flaws and improving them day by day. And look for internships opportunities so i can grow my idea thinking skills and etc.
